So, apparently, this what happens when we age? We rust up, (oxidize), swell up (inflammation), dry up (dehydrate) and turn to stone (calcifications all over)....not good....but if we take antioxidants we don't OXIDIZE, if we take natural anti inflammatories (omega 3's) we decrease inflammation (ditto for keeping weight down), if we hydrate religiously, we won’t dry up and if we supplement with sufficient nutrients for BONE support i.e. all the trace minerals plus Ca, Mg, vit D...then our bones won't de-mineralize so we won't turn to stone. It makes sense.
